Here's a device that I don't think Batman used more than once. See if you can guess why:
Yeah, putting a target on you is pretty poor camouflage. And frankly, it seems to keep you unnecessarily near the surface of the water. I mean, he's wearing diving gear. Why not just dive instead of needlessly making yourself a tempting target for trigger-happy misfits? That's just not well thought-out. I'll bet Robin came up with it. Shut up, Robin. (tm!)
