One should never underestimate a woman's "enthusiasm with her mouth". Still recently, a girl almost toppled a President with hers (although later, her skillfulness in the practice was labelled just as "improper physical relationship").
As I recall, the young man had just been swung around and half crushed before he tastes her super-kiss, so it may be that her osculatory powers were not upppermost in his mind.
