I Want that Brain Right Here in My Sack Wednesday!

Words escape me. From Young Allies #12, I give you.... The Head:

Wow. What could I possibly add to that? Just be glad I showed you those last few panels and gave you some closure. Now that I know what they were reading as children, I'll never look at elderly people the same way again.

That's not just a sack with a head in it, it's a sack of awesome! It reads like it was put together by a couple of high school kids who were stuck in detention and angry at their soon-to-be-headless principal. More please!

"It's merciful to do this for dem!" , as that Bowery goon sets to killing six floating, living human heads with a (nailed?) baseball bat.. it's the most nightmarish thing I've been invited to imagine for years and years. How long did it take? Did they scream and plead?

Sick, sick shit, 1940's. Thanks for the trauma as kids' entertainment, god.

Those are some remarkably bloodless decapitations.

Why did the villain throw a head at them instead of, you know, just decapitating them like he did to everyone else?

Hey, that head's in charge, right? So when he leaves, do they say that the head head heads out?
