The Spinner Spins. Because What Else Would the Spinner Do?

You know, I just noticed that I had previously read Batman #129 and completely left out the Spinner.

You know.  This guy:

Yeah, I have no explanation for any of that, really.  It's hard for me to get past the spinning propeller on his head that does absolutely nothing but spin.

Anyway, he used weapons that... well, spun.  I'm not sure why he went with that.  It was never explained and that's probably for the best.  But I'll tell you this:

This was not Batwoman's proudest moment.  When you get schooled by the Spinner, you should probably reconsider how adept you are at the whole "crime-fighting" thing.  I'm kind of surprised it took someone as badass as the Bronze Tiger to kill her off.

Moving on to this amazing panel from Action Comics #500, courtesy of Robert Gillis:

You can couch it up to angles and dimension limitations all you want, but I know what I'm seeing there: Superman just punched Lex Luthor in the nards.  Not cool, Supes.  Not cool

Thanks, Robert!

See you tomorrow!

Ouch! But I think "Kramm" is the perfect sound-effect for that particular blow.
