... and don't wonder why we're speaking English with German accents instead Germanese since we're both supposed to be Germans. Well, you're a real German and I'm just pretending to be a German, but we should both be speaking Germanese so you don't see past my clever ruse!
What do you mean there's no such thing as "Germanese"? Shouldn't we, as Germans, be speaking Germanese?
I think everyone of Scottish descent, myself included, have just been insulted.
For the record, I am very frugal, but a good tipper.

That could very well be the case! :-)
Also, 'Scotch' is a drink, not a people. ('Scots' is the word he should've used.)
Funny thing, Kid... I was going to mention that (although I would have gone with "Scottish," but I think both would have been correct). But it turns out that "Scotch," in the strictest sense of the word, means "of Scotland." It isn't used much, especially in the last 100 years, but you'll see it out there. I didn't know that until I did the research on this panel. But I think that, by and large, you are correct that this isn't a correct term any longer.
S'funny that you mention that the kid sidekick would look strange dressed in a soldiers uniform, but not mention that there was a german soldier, that was choked, who looked young enough to be a kid and whos uniform fit the kid sidekick perfectly.
That guy DID look awfully young...
