I know the update times for the blog are all over the place, but that gives you an idea of how my work schedule is these days. I've heard rumblings that you can somehow set things to post automatically at a regular time each day, but I have no idea how to do it.
And bailing me out of a busy week is our friend Robert Gillis, who contributed today's panels!
Good plan. Take the miniature city, filled with live people, and put it on an ice shelf in the arctic winds. Perfectly safe.

I don't know what led up to this scenario, or what kind of schooling Aquaman is giving Aqualad, but I'm about to put in a call to Child Protective Services.

Well, on the Kandor one, they're little invulnerable Kryptonians, right? Leave 'em out on the ice, who cares? Of course, by that reasoning, there's no reason to keep spiders out of there either, which is gross.
Aqualad looks like he's horking into that fishtank. Seriously.
I thought the Kandor people didn't have Superman's powers. Adam, you may have to clarify this for us.
Really,Arthur, just feed the poor kid already!
I'm not EVEN going to comment on the Wonder Woman one.
the Wonder Woman one is a bit weird. is that what you do to a nuclear bomb about to hit the city? shoot at it?
i would be practicing the ancient art of flying away.
Yes, the Kandorians in the bottle are under an artificial red sun and have no super-powers. I recall having the same reaction when I saw this story reprinted in the late 60s, but I think that every other appearance after that initial one has them well inside the (heated, presumably) fortress.
Great guppies! I have to admit, I don't know who Nubia is, but it sure looks like she's special.
Good thing its not a tank full of piranhas.
