Look at her face. She's not even surprised anymore, it happens so often.
Just a "sigh" and a "let's get this over with " attitude.
At first I was hoping this was a case of typical Marvel "bullet time dialog" where she was saying all that between the trap door opening and her actually falling through it (during which her legs would make cartoony running motions). But then I realized she'd saved herself with her force-field power. (Um, right?) Which is way more boring (albeit more heroic).
I grew up enjoying seeing Sue Storm as a hostage and I still love it. It is my single favorite theme in all of comics!
