Superboy gets his own trifecta of disturbing moments. Because he's super, don'tcha know.
Hoooookay. A couple of problems here. The first being that he's going to an awful lot of trouble to raise the temperature on a thermometer. I mean, he has heat vision and all. And he rubbed the thermometer with enough friction to fuse it back shut, so he could have just done that to raise the temperature reading in the first place. But even more troubling is that there is now some mercury laying around waiting for another schoolchild to touch it.
Wow. This is easily one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen. I'm surprised those two remaining chickens aren't running for their lives.
No, seriously, Superboy. Just answer the dang question. Not everything has to be an excuse for you to show off.

Re: the thermometer--- wonder how many kids the Doc will misdiagnose before he catches on that everyone has 102 degree fever?
Heh. I thought of that one too. Superboy was SUCH an idiot most of the time.
And that chicken scene was quite disturbing.
Superboy.....Dick in training!
Also, what is up with:
1. the look on Superboy's face while he is plucking the chicken...he enjoys it way too much and the farmer behind him looks like he is getting ready to have an orgasm!
2. The teacher in the bottom panel doesn't even look up as Superboy makes an overt move on her by wanting to show her his crust!
